    Remember the days when you posted an ad for your open position in the newspaper? Now, companies mostly recruit candidates online through job boards and and social media sites. The problem is, according to Dr. John Sullivan, that everyone has access to the same traditional and well-established recruiting sources, placing your organization in stiff competition with others in the race for similar talent.

However, he does share a list of 20 ideas for creative recruiting sources that can help you not only access previously unreached candidates but also build your company brand. While you won’t likely use every idea, this article is worth reading.
